ReplyDeleteOur standard smoothie used to be 1 banana, 1 egg, 1 scoop of yogurt and milk per person (there's 3 of us, so we usually use a qt of milk) with some raw cacao added for fun. Lately they've been mostly berry based.
ReplyDeleteFor something different, we'll peel 3-4 oranges and blend with a can of coconut milk, yum!
We just moved to a house with a mulberry tree that's fruiting like crazy! Hubby made a smoothie one day with those and tangerine juice-very refreshing on a hot day!
