Healthy 2day Wednesdays

I hope you had a wonderful Christmas! Today it was a cold and rainy day. While doing errands a man said to me “You’re so lucky!” and I believe he is right! I am blessed even in the midst of the storms of life.

I wish you many blessings in 2012 in your storms and in your beautiful days!

  1. Hi,
I shared my GF DF Coconut Bread French Toast and an article about Food Safety News’ Naughty/Nice List. Also an article on how to reduce BPA exposure and a study about infants and salt.
    Thanks for hosting! Happy Holidays!

Thanks for featuring my Mock Cocoa Fudge!

  2. With snow and ice on the ground in so many places around the country, I’ve posted about the dangers of using salt, baking soda and chemical ice melters to plants, people, pets and planet. Instead there are safe alternatives, including a “recipe” for homemade window de-icer.

  4. Have a happy and healthy new year!
My post shares an online fitness group that has really blessed my life and that I now host. Feel free to join, whether your focus is food or exercise.
