Welcome back to Healthy 2day Wednesdays! (sorry this was published so late today, I had a bad migrane last night!)

Take a peek at some of the new ideas, delicious recipes, and healthy tips that are being shared this week. Please come and join us!

There’s a phenomenal world of bloggers out there that have God-given gifts, talents, and passions to share. I love reading about what others have been learning, working on, and what’s cooking in their kitchens. Thank you for joining us!

Black Bean Quinoa
This Lime Avocado Black Bean Salad is going to make it on my menu this week! Quinoa and I are becoming very good friends as of late and I’m loving the recipes I’ve found to use it with.

More Than Four Walls had some good food for thought (pun intended) on balancing family and food ideas. Sometimes I get a little gung-ho on my ideas for how we should eat. Balance is good, and Danielle does a great job of sharing how to do that.

Fevers-Part-1-300x300

Justyn over at Creative Christian Mama got a thumbs up from me with her post Why I Don’t Lower Fevers: Part 1. She does a wonderful job of introducing what things to be concerned about when your child has a fever. I’m looking forward to Part 2 where she’ll address why she thinks fevers are a ‘good’ thing.
